workhub is a platform that can be managed collectively by connecting existing equipment and installed IT systems.

For example, by linking different conference room reservation systems, elevator control systems, air conditioning control systems, meal delivery services, etc. to workhub by providers, user (individual) authentication can be performed consistently. In addition, at security gates, etc., flexible use and operation can be realized by combining various authentication methods such as IC cards, passcodes, QR codes, and face authentication for ID authentication.

In Tokyo Square Garden, from the common area of ​​the building such as the entrance and elevator hall to the exclusive area (new office of Bitkey), "door unlocking using face recognition, reception, reservation of meeting room and private room booth" "AI Functions such as "monitoring of congestion and usage status using video analysis technology", "room entry / exit management of employees using company smartphones and beacons, and grasping location information" have been introduced.

Previously, tenants in the same building unlocked their doors with IC card authentication, but by supporting face authentication and QR code authentication, they can use 12 doors in the building from the underground parking lot to the office entrance. It is now possible to pass the pass. The authentication function is also linked to elevator control, and it is possible to determine the number of floors that passersby can access when performing personal authentication, and to limit the floors where elevators are stopped.

In the same building, the reception method was different depending on the company visited. Also, after 20:00, only employees of the tenant company who owns the IC card can enter the building, so if a guest visits after 20:00, go down from the move-in floor to the 3rd floor where the office entrance is located to meet you. With the introduction of the smart reception function, visitors can authenticate each door with the same QR code after completing the reception with the QR code. In addition, by registering the face of the visitor at the reception, it is possible to enter the room by face recognition only at the time of appointment from the next time.

At Bitkey's office, a dedicated camera installed on the ceiling and video analysis technology using AI are used to visualize the congestion and usage status of reception areas and conference rooms.

In addition, at the same office, location information is exchanged between the Bluetooth of the company smartphone and the beacon installed in the office, and the entry / exit log to the office and the check-in information to the seat are also acquired, so that the "workhub application" can be applied. It is possible to confirm the whereabouts of employees from. Free space seats can be reserved or checked in by reading the QR code affixed to each seat or holding it over the NFC tag. You can also use the "workhub" app to make reservations (hoteling) in advance and visualize the availability of seats.

In addition, when making reservations and using conference rooms and private room booths, the company's "smart lock" and "Room Support app" are installed in combination, so use face recognition to enter the usage time on the spot and make a reservation.
