The OX05B1S is a global shutter image sensor that uses the company's Near Infrared Rays (NIR) technology "Nyxel" and can capture both visible light (RGB) and near infrared light (NIR). .. The pixel size is 2.2 μm, and the Near Infrared Quantum Efficiency around 940 nm is 36%, which is three times that of the previous generation product. This makes it possible to monitor occupants even in an environment with extremely low light intensity.

The package is the company's Stacked a-CSP. The package is said to be 50% smaller than its competitors. For customers who want their own packaging, we also offer reconstructed wafers. The OX05B1S is currently shipping samples, and mass production is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2011. The price etc. have not been announced.
