twitter@iPhoneMania_jp からのツイートiPhone Mania2019年5月12日23時52分読了まで 約 7分56秒 家電などさまざまな生活の中のものがインターネットにつながる”IoT”（Internet of Things＝モノのインターネット）。ネットを経由してスマートフォンなどから家電に指示を送り、遠隔操作をしたり、あらかじめ決めた時間や曜日に決まった動作をさせることができます。 今回筆者が紹介するスマートロックとは、スマホのアプリなどを使ってドアの鍵を開閉できる製品です。昨年クラウドファンディングサイトMakuakeに出品されていたCANDY HOUSEの「SESAME mini」（セサミ ミニ）に自腹出資し、今年3月ごろから自宅で利用しています。セサミで何ができるのか、実際に利用するまでと2カ月間の使用感をご紹介します。

セサミは、ドアの内側の鍵に両面テープで取り付けて使用するスマートロックで、セサミ ミニは従来のセサミを小型にした製品です。セサミではスマホの専用アプリで遠隔操作したり、Siriに音声で呼びかけたりして鍵を開け閉めできます。もちろん、鍵を差し込む手動での開け閉めも可能です。 また位置情報を活用し、帰宅を察知して自動で解錠する「手ぶら解錠」、スマホをポケットに入れたままセサミが付いているドアの前で3回ノックするだけで解錠する「ノック解錠」（iOS端末のみ対応）といった開け方もあります。鍵を開けたあとに自動でロックがかかるオートロック機能のほか、WiFiアクセスポイントと併用することで外出先からも操作できる遠隔操作機能があります。 専用アプリでもさまざまなことができます。一つのセサミには、管理者となるオーナー、オーナーとほぼ同権限のマネージャー、たまに訪れる方に一時的に共有するゲストといった権限が設定でき、アプリを導入すると一緒に住んでいないゲストも遠隔操作することができるようになります。鍵の開閉履歴はリアルタイムに記録され、誰がいつ鍵を開け締めしたかがひと目で分かります。 鍵の開け閉めは、スマホ向け専用アプリやパソコンからの操作のほか、スマートスピーカーやSiri、Googleアシスタントに音声で呼びかける、といった方法で行えます。 これらは基本的な機能ですが、公開されているセサミのAPIを活用すると、さらに複雑な操作も可能です。セキュリティ面でも、AES-256-GCM、TLS 1.2という現時点で最も強固な暗号化システムを採用しているため、悪用される心配はないでしょう。

我が家の玄関ドアに取り付けてみます。形はこんな感じです。取り付けは簡単で、3Mの両面テープでドアに貼り付けるだけです。工事などは必要なく、セサミの装着で壁やドアを傷つける心配もありません。 両面テープがちゃんと接着するようティッシュで汚れなどを拭きます。セサミ本体の裏面にはすでに取り付け用両面テープが貼られていたので、はがす前にドアの鍵にはめて位置を調節します。ツマミの幅や高さはドライバーで調節して合わせます。ドアの形によってはツマミの幅や高さを調整するだけでは利用できない可能性があるため、その場合は販売元に問い合わせるとそのドアに合うよう対応してくれます。 セサミは電池式でCR123Aを2本使用します。動作確認用の電池が同梱されており、公式サイトによると電池寿命は、1日に10回使用とすると510日間もつ計算です。鍵の位置をよく確認し、取り付けるところを定めたら両面テープをはがしてドアにぐっと押し付けます。説明書には30秒ほど押し付けるよう指示がありました。セサミを取り付けるとこのようになります。セサミ本体のツマミを回すことで内側からでも手動の開け閉めが可能になります。

Next, set the range of movement of the key. By recording the open and closed states, scissors can now determine what state the key is. Check the knob on the door and set it. The initial setting is finally completed here.

セサミで鍵を開閉するには、アプリのメイン画面のセサミアイコンをタップするだけです。Unlockedの時は開いている状態なのでタップすると閉められます。専用アプリでは鍵の開閉以外に、セサミのさまざまな管理もできます。WiFiやBluetoothとの接続状況、バッテリーの残量を確認でき、マネージャーやゲストの追加も行えます。鍵の開閉状況はゲストを含む全ての利用者の記録が残り、オーナー、マネージャー権限のアカウントで確認できます。開閉を手動で行ったか遠隔だったか、オートロックだったかもわかります。記録される時間にタイムラグはないように感じました。セサミを同時に操作できるのは1アカウントまでという制約があるため、誰かがアプリを開きっぱなしにしていたりすると、他の人が操作できない状態となります。その場合はビジー表示となるのですが、出先から帰宅してアプリを起動して鍵を開けようとしたとき、Bluetoothで接続するまで体感で30秒ほどかかり、他に誰も起動していないのにビジー表示が出ることも。すんなり接続できないなぁと思うこともしばしばありました。

I want to operate remotely through the application from outside the Bluetooth circle, but when I go out, the connection through the mobile line is not successful. If there is no WiFi environment, the terminal that issues the indication may not be very good.

Sesame can collaborate with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, IFTTT and other external services, voice assistant Siri, etc., to more easily open the key and so on. This time we set up the Siri shortcut on iPhone. In dedicated application management, open the cloud collaboration feature, then open the "Siri and search" project from the Settings application, look for scissors in the shortcut list, and display shortcut items that are unlocked, locked, and know the status of the key.

In order for Siri to make voice calls and operations, set what language to unlock and lock. Taking "open sesame" as an example on the official website, the author tries to use "open sesame" to address his family.

いざSiriに「鍵開けて」と呼びかけてみると、リクエストは正常に受信できたが結果が確認できないと返されました。その直後にセサミアプリから解錠のお知らせが。どうもタイムラグがあるようで、音声で呼びかけてその結果を待つ間に、専用アプリ起動してタップで解錠できるかもしれません。上手くいったこともありましたが、体感の成功率は50％ぐらいでした。

When you open and close the scissors, you will be notified in real time (or you can turn them off). There is little time lag, but there is an occasional delay of a few minutes before being notified.

しかし想定していなかったのはセサミの動作音の大きさでした。筆者はマンション住まいなのですが、ドアの外の廊下にも響き渡る大きな音で、近隣の方への影響は今でも気になっています。

手動で鍵を開ける動作はほぼ無意識に行うためどれぐらいの時間がかかっているかを考えたことはありませんでしたが、かばんやポケットから鍵を出す動作と、スマホを出す動作とでそれほど差は感じませんし、スマートロックにしたからといって鍵を開ける時間が短縮するというわけではありません。 しかしスマホを手に持ちながら帰宅する際や、買い物帰りなどで荷物が多い際などに「Hey Siri」で音声で開閉すると、”便利だなぁ…”と感じました。

スマホで遠隔操作できるのが最大のメリットですが、指示を出す端末の電池が切れたり、ネット接続できない環境だと、セサミを活かすことができません。スマートロックを導入したし鍵を持ち歩かなくて済む！と最初は思ったのですが、もしトラブルで端末が使えないときのことを考えると、保険として鍵を持ち歩いているのが現状です。 しかし友人や知人など誰かと一緒ならば、もし出先でスマホの電池が切れてもなんとかなるかもしれません。友人・知人のスマホにセサミの専用アプリをインストールし、自分が普段利用しているアカウントでログインすれば、いつものようにセサミの確認や操作ができます。操作し終わったらちゃんとログアウトすることをお忘れなく。

長々と記してきましたが、便利な点・不便な点をまとめると以下のようになります。総合すると多少不満はあるものの、導入して良かったと思っています。 ■ セサミで便利に感じたところ・音声で呼びかけて鍵の開閉ができる・開閉履歴が確認できるので家族の行動がある程度わかる・オートロック機能をオンにすると鍵の閉め忘れが防げる・リアルタイムで鍵の状態が確認できるため、出先で「鍵閉めたかな？」と気になったときにすぐ確認できる

■ セサミで不便に感じたところ・アプリを起動してセサミに接続するまでタイムラグがある・音声呼びかけが毎度上手くいくわけではない・WiFiアクセスポイントを併用しない場合はBluetoothの範囲でしか操作できない・開閉時の動作音が大きい・操作するスマホの充電が切れると困る
